To make this recipe, you’ll need:

  • A cutting board and plastic wrap OR a flat baking tray and a sheet of baking paper
  • A container of yogurt or skyr
  • Your choice of fruits (preferably in season)
  • Nuts and/or peanut butter
  • Chocolate
  • Any other goodies you wish
  • A freezer

  • Cover your flat surface with plastic wrap or baking paper (this is very important in order to remove the  frozen yogurt more easily).
  • Spread the yogurt over the entire surface.
  • Arrange fruit, nuts, peanut butter, chocolate pieces or other treats evenly.
  • Leave in the freezer for at least one hour to set.
  • When the time is up, remove the gourmet frozen yogurt from the freezer.
  • Break into several pieces.


Banana Popsicle

  • A banana
  • Two wooden sticks
  • Chocolate (white, dark or milk)
  • Your choice of toppings (nuts, nut butter, chocolate chips, small candies, etc.)

  • Cut the banana in two and insert the wooden stick.
  • Place it in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • Take out the bananas when you’re ready to eat them.

  • Take out your chosen toppings.
