This is the latest weight loss trend of the moment: “ice hack”.
According to dieticians, this method is not magic, contrary to the declarations of its creator and influencers on social networks.
What is the Ice Hack?

The ice hack has nothing to do with the glass of water full of ice, it is actually a food supplement called “Alpilean”. It would increase the body temperature and therefore the metabolism of the body, which would help the body to burn fat.
Alpilean is a dietary supplement. It contains a blend of 6 Alpine nutrients “designed to target and optimize the body’s internal temperature,” according to their website.
They explain that overweight people have a low internal body temperature and that their dietary supplements can increase the internal body temperature, and consequently help to lose weight.
However, so far, there is no evidence to confirm with certainty the announced promise.
Is there a more reliable way to lose weight?

Honestly, the best way to lose weight is through physical activity, healthy lifestyle, balanced diet etc. There is no secret!

If you really want to use a dietary supplement, be careful about the composition, read the fine print on the product, ask your doctor for advice, especially if you are pregnant, have allergies or are taking other supplements or medications. Health should not be taken lightly.
