Superfoods can include fruits, algae, seeds and roots, etc. They all contain high nutritional values, especially with respect to micronutrients such as vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants, etc.

Superfoods can help maintain good health and even improve it. Overall, our diets have gotten worse, and this is why today, it’s important to think about integrating superfoods into your diet in order to compensate for nutritional deficiencies. However, on their own, they aren’t as effective as they are when added to a balanced and varied diet.

Noni

Extremely rich in antioxidants, noni is a fruit that’s recognized for its incredible protective properties against many diseases. It’s often consumed as juice.
